Gift of the Givers | Organisational Assessment

This assessment marks the first step in developing a comprehensive monthly giving strategy for Gift of the Givers. It will help us understand your organisational structure, available resources, and donor ecosystem—enabling us to build a realistic, scalable plan for acquiring thousands of monthly donors and growing your recurring revenue sustainably over the next 3–5 years. This section should be completed by a member of senior leadership, such as a Director, CEO, COO, Head of Fundraising, or equivalent. All questions refer to the 2024 calendar year (1 Jan – 31 Dec 2024).
